YOU train, THEY play

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND

Messy Play & Functional Training Concept

Join us for a unique fitness + play experience where adults enjoy a 1-hour functional training session while little ones (18 months+) dive into creative sensory and messy play, supervised by our qualified team.

The functional training session is led by one of Geneva’s top personal coaches, while certified childcare professionals ensure your child is safely immersed in stimulating, age-appropriate activities.

Both sessions run in parallel, with the workout taking place in a room adjacent to the garden where the messy play is set up—so you can focus on your fitness while your child engages in meaningful, hands-on exploration.

The Workout – Functional Training for Parents

The Messy Play – Creative Fun for Kids

Messy & Sensory Play is an engaging, hands-on experience that encourages children to explore the world around them through touch, sight, smell, and sound.

It involves playing with various textures and materials like water, sand, mud, paint, foam, and other natural or safe elements. This type of play is child-led, allowing kids to experiment freely, unleash their creativity, and develop essential skills while having fun

Messy play is not just about fun—it plays a crucial role in a child's overall development, providing benefits across multiple areas:

🎨 Stimulates Sensory Development – Engaging with different textures, temperatures, and materials strengthens sensory processing skills, helping children make sense of their surroundings.

🧠 Enhances Cognitive & Language Skills – Open-ended play encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and scientific thinking, while also expanding vocabulary through hands-on experiences.

🖐️ Develops Fine & Gross Motor Skills – Activities like grasping, pouring, kneading, and moulding help strengthen hand muscles, coordination, and dexterity, essential for writing and everyday tasks.

💛 Encourages Emotional Expression & Confidence – Free exploration allows children to express emotions, manage stress, and build self-esteem in a safe environment.

Boosts Creativity & Imagination – With no set rules, messy play inspires children to experiment, think outside the box, and invent new ways of interacting with materials.

🤝 Promotes Teamwork – Group play fosters collaboration, sharing, and communication, helping children learn to work together and respect each other's ideas.

Good to know

  • The activities are perfect for children 1 to 6 years old. Whether your child loves to squish, pour, mix or mold, our play stations offer a variety of activities suitable for different developmental stages.

To ensure a safe play environment, we do no recommend participation for younger children as some activities may contain small parts that could pose a risk if ingested.

  • All materials used during the event are safe for ages 1 to 6 years old - most of them are even edible! While our team will be actively supervising the activities and ensuring each play station runs smoothly, we also ask that one parent or guardian supervises your child throughout the session.

  • Dress for Mess: Please bring extra clothes for your child or clothes if they don’t mind getting messy. While all materials used are safe, non-toxic and easily washable, it’s all part of the fun to get a little messy!

    • You may want to bring a snack and water, though we’ll have some refreshments and snacks available on-site (not included in the entry price).

    • We recommend bringing a change of clothes and some wet wipes to clean up between activities, especially if your child loves to get hands-on! You are also welcome to use the bathroom on-site.

  • While our team will be actively supervising the activities and ensuring each play station runs smoothly, we ask that one parent or guardian remains on-site during the play session to ensure your children can have fun in complete safety.

  • Your booking secures your spot for the selected time slot. Due to limited spaces, reservations are non-refundable. However, we understand that little ones can get sick—if that happens, just let us know in advance via email.
